Returns

Returns are not accepted as these items are handcrafted to order.

Exchanges

  • Size exchange is available within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, all tags and stickers must be intact, the garment's properties must be preserved, and our lingerie must have been tried on over your own clothing.
  • Non-exchangeable items: items purchased at a 30% discount or more; panties, stockings, socks, and gloves (for hygienic reasons); customized orders; swimwear; jewelry. 

Cancellations

  • You can cancel an order for leather and latex products within 24 hours of placing it. To do this, please contact our support team.

Textile Products:

  • Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • If you wish to return or exchange an item, all tags and stickers  must be intact, the garment's properties  must be preserved , and our lingerie must  have been tried on  over your own clothing.
  • Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items: items purchased at a 30% discount or more; panties, stockings, socks, and gloves (for hygienic reasons); customized  orders; latex care products; perfumes.
  • You can cancel an order for textile products within 24 hours of placing it and receive a 100% refund. If the order is cancelled later than 24 hours after placement, we refund 90% of the amount. To cancel, please contact our support team.

How to return or exchange an item?

Before sending an item back for an exchange or return, please contact our support team at znak.gogetit@gmail.com

  1. Items must be sent back to us in their original packaging.
  2. All shipping costs are covered by the sender, unless we mistakenly sent you the wrong item or the wrong size.
  3. Once we receive the item and check it for damage and usability, we will issue a refund according to our cancellation policy or process the exchange within 10 business days.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
