WHOLESALE COOPERATION

TERMS OF WHOLESALE COOPERATION

1. Minimum Order
   • from 5 units or from 5000 UAH

2. Assortment
   • orders can be formed in size ranges or as a free assortment (by agreement).

3. Pricing
   • wholesale prices apply when the minimum order requirement is met;
   • retail prices apply for orders below the minimum.

4. Payment
   • 100% prepayment or 50% deposit with the balance paid before shipment;
   • payment methods: bank transfer (to sole proprietor/company account), transfer to a bank card (PrivatBank / Monobank / Revolut), PayPal, cash (by agreement).

5. Delivery
   • shipping via delivery services: Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest Express, DHL.

6. Shipping Timeframes
   • 1–3 business days after payment is received (if items are in stock), or 7–14 business days if made to order.

7. Returns and Exchanges
   • possible only in case of manufacturing defects (within 10 days of receipt);
   • size exchanges – by agreement and subject to stock availability.

8. Additional Information
   • price list and up-to-date photos of models are provided upon request (Viber / Telegram / Email);
   • regular assortment updates.
